These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Your Auto Pod application and website operated by Your Auto Pod ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
To use the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Your Auto Pod provides AI-generated podcast episodes based on RSS feeds and content sources you select. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
Podcast episodes generated by the Service are created from publicly available RSS feeds and news sources. You retain rights to your custom configurations, preferences, and any original content you provide. The AI-generated scripts and audio are licensed to you for personal and commercial use within your subscription tier.
The Service offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid features are billed through our payment processor. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications to the Service at any time.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
